A: Check-in is from 02:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.
A: Our Wi‑Fi is available in the main building only. To connect, come to the main building, open your device’s Wi‑Fi settings, select the K’gari Beach Resort network and follow the on‑screen prompts.
A: We do not offer in-room room service as a full service; however McKenzie’s on 75 Restaurant & Bar and the Eurong Bakery provide takeaway and dine-in options.
A: Fresh towels are provided in every room on arrival; additional towel or linen requests can be made during your stay by contacting Reception.
Please note that we aim to be sustainable, so frequent linen changes may be managed to reduce water use — we appreciate your understanding.

The bar is open daily from 10:00am - late.
A: The Eurong Bakery is open daily from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
A: Our General Store is your one-stop-shop for all the holiday essentials, from groceries to resort wear, souvenirs, maps, ice and all your rigging needs.

After a day of exploring K'gari's iconic sand tracks, ensure your 4WD is ready for the next adventure by washing off the sand and salt at our car wash, keeping your vehicle in top condition for all the journeys ahead.

The petrol station is part of the General Store and is open daily from 7:30am to 5:30pm.
A: Our lagoon-style swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxation and fun, open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Towels are available from Reception, along with plenty of sun lounges and shaded spots for your comfort.
A: Both the pool and the attached spa are not heated.
A: Yes, the resort provides laundry facilities. The cost is $4 per use for both the washer and the dryer.
