Q: Why can't I find any availability at K’gari Beach Resort over the coming weeks?
A: Dates are selling fast year-round. If you are having trouble viewing resort availability, or securing your preferred travel dates, please contact our Reservations Team on 1800 678 623.
Q: I’m concerned about booking ahead for future travel – what are my options?
A: The "Book Now, Pay Later" rate allows for free cancellation or amendment up to 15 days prior to arrival.
Q: Does my hotel room come with a kitchen/cooking facility?
A: There are no cooking facilities in resort rooms, these are available in the 2-bedroom apartments only. We have free-to-use BBQs located next to the tennis courts for house guests with BBQ utensils available from reception.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 02:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Reception is open 07:30am to 05:30pm daily with afterhours check-in available at McKenzie's restaurant.
Q: What dining options are available at the resort?
A: Our resort restaurant ‘McKenzie's on 75’ is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Q: What are the accommodation options for families & travelling with children?
A: K’gari Beach Resort offers hotel rooms and self-contained apartments to suit 2 to 5 persons. We also offer a two-bedroom beach house with a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
