TRAVEL UPDATE, EFFECTIVE 23 MARCH – 31 MAY, 2020

Following the Australian Government’s announcement restricting all non-essential travel, Eurong Beach Resort is not accepting new arrivals and we are asking all guests to postpone their travel until 31 May, 2020.  This is a temporary decision that will be revised in alignment with further government updates. The health and safety of our guests and team members is our priority and it is important that everyone follows the government advice to avoid the spread of COVID-19.

All guests with bookings for stays during this period will be contacted by our reservations team and rest assured that you will be offered the option of a free date amendment or a credit for future travel.  If you have made a booking through an agent or third party, we recommend contacting them directly about your reservation and their terms. Please note that we are receiving a high volume of calls and emails at this time, and encourage you to submit your enquiry online here.

Your loyalty is important to us, and we thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.
