DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
Payment by Credit Card
A 1.5% surcharge will apply to the total amount if payment is made by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
The resort does not accept American Express Credit Card (AMEX) and Diners Card
Payment by Cheque or direct deposit
Payment by cheque or direct deposit will only be accepted for bookings arriving outside 35 days.
Payments made by cheque or direct deposit do not attract any fees.
CHANGES TO BOOKING DATES AFTER ARRIVAL
Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused dates / nights.
REPORTING OF INCIDENTS
Any abnormal incidents including injuries, service problems or dissatisfaction must be reported to Reception during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation more then 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of any money paid direct to the resort.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of one night's accommodation.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will be non refundable.
Cancellation of nights not used after arrival will be non refundable. Bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness must be claimed through your travel insurance.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in is not until 2 pm on arrival date and check out before 10am on departure date.

All quotations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed with payment. Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue date only.
