Eurong Beach Resort - Fraser Island

You are here: Home / Things To Do / Resort 4WD Hire

Eurong's absolute beach frontage and access to Fraser's eastern beach attractions are magnets for 4WD enthusiasts - who take to the sand tracks and beach highway with undisguised enthusiasm. And whilst, the resort is only accessible by four-wheel-drive, the resort also offers on site 4WD hire for guests who might opt to fly in and fly out with Air Fraser Island; take a tour or transfer and decide to giving four-wheel-driving a go, or if the unthinkable happens and your vehicle breaks down.

The fully-automatic Resort Prado must be pre-booked in advance of your stay (to avoid disappointment) and can take up to seven passengers, but guests must bring their own baby seats. On a full or half day hire, the vehicle comes complete with esky, binoculars, Fraser Island map, Max Trax (to help you out of sticky sand situations), a tyre pressure gauge, UHF radio and itinerary suggestions.
